Selection Criteria

Required Skill

Strong intent or passion for teaching and mentoring, supported by excellent communication skills

Competitive Edge

95+ percentile in CAT 2025, in any one section or overall

Commitment

Ability to commit fully for a continuous period of 2 years, with no academic or professional breaks in between
