I hereby affirm my trust in IMS, and based on this trust, I have enrolled in the aforementioned course/program with IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. I hereby acknowledge and commit to abide by all the terms and conditions delineated in the prospectus/enrollment form.I acknowledge that IMS bears no responsibility & fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of any alterations to the admission criteria by the college administration or if entrance tests or GDPI rounds are not conducted. I undertake to promptly inform IMS of any changes to my mailing address, email ID, or mobile number.


1. Batch changes will be on the discretion of IMS mentor and as per the availability
2. Center transfer will be as per IMS policy. This may include paying the fees difference between two centers and batch as per the availability at the destination center.
3. Fees once paid are not transferable to any other courses.
4. Fees paid will be valid for the enrolled student only, fees cannot be transferable to any other student.
5. Fees once paid are not refundable in any circumstances.
6. IMS reserves rights to use your name, test scores, photographs and testimony to communicate your success.
7. Any disputes arising are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
