- Arrival at Jio Institute Campus in late evening followed by dinner.
- Campus activities on 31st October, 2024 (Sunday) at Jio Institute.
- Return Journey after 4 PM from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 31st October (Sunday).

Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility:
- This event is exclusively for students preparing for CAT 2025 and currently enrolled with IMS Ahmedabad.
- Students must express their interest by filling out this form by the specified deadline.
- Consent Letter Requirement:
- Filling out this interest form does not guarantee participation.
- After the CAT exam, interested students will be required to download, complete, and submit a signed consent letter from a parent or guardian. The letter will be sent to you through IMS Gujarat’s blue tick WhatsApp account. This is mandatory for final confirmation of participation.
- Event Dates and Logistics:
- The visit is tentatively scheduled for 30th October (departure) and 31st December (return).
- Travel will be arranged via an air-conditioned bus.
- Departure and return timings will be communicated after the final list of participants is confirmed.
- Participation Confirmation:
- Only students who submit the consent letter within the provided timeframe will be allowed to participate.
- Final confirmation will be shared via email or phone after the consent letter submission.
- Code of Conduct:
- Students are expected to maintain discipline and follow the guidelines provided during the visit.
- Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event and possible consequences as per IMS policies.
- Expenses:
- The event, including travel and stay, is sponsored by Jio Institute. However, students are responsible for any personal expenses incurred during the visit.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If a student is unable to attend after confirming their participation, they must inform the organizers immediately.
- Liability:
- IMS and its partners, including Jio Institute, will ensure the safety and security of participants during the event. However, neither IMS nor Jio Institute will be held liable for any personal loss, injury, or mishap during the visit.
- Students are advised to take care of their belongings and adhere to the instructions of event coordinators.
- Health and Safety:
- Students must inform IMS of any pre-existing medical conditions and carry any required medication during the visit.
